Silversea Dining Information
As your ship changes latitude and longitude, Silversea's menu changes to reflect the flavors of the region. Step into The Restaurant and you know you've arrived for a very special dining experience. The Restaurant is elegant, but not stuffy. The European-trained waiters are attentive and personable. The inspired dishes, created by Silversea's Master Chefs, are marked by innovation and creativity. The Terrace Café offers the same culinary excellence in a more casual setting. Silversea's regular room service menu is available 24 hours a day with multi-course meals available from the Restaurant during regular dining hours.
Main Dining Room Policies: There is open seating on all Silversea cruises. With the exception of 2 formal nights on 7 day cruises and 3-4 formal nights on longer cruises, dress is informal or casual.
Beverage Policy: All beverages included throughout the cruise.
Special Requests: Special meals are available including low-calorie, vegetarian, no MSG, low/no sodium and low/no cholesterol meals, as well as sugar-free and fat-free desserts. Kosher meals must be requested at time of booking, and faxed in writing to special services.
All dining rooms onboard Silversea ships are smoke-free.
